Graduation Day

Not much to say today, other than the fact that Zoe has now graduated from preemie to newborn-sized clothing. Guess all this feeding and pumping and waking up every 2.5 hours is doing what it is supposed to do. No more tiny rubber chicken baby!

Because She's Cute

Zoe just happened to be alert during the day (rather than between 1:30 am and 4:30 am like she was last night, but I don't hold a grudge) so I thought I would take a little video.

So things are going well. We are managing to keep the small human well-fed and in one piece. We spend a lot of time gazing upon our creation, rating each face as cuter than the last. I guess that's how it goes. Not much else to say right now, we feed her, she sleeps, we rest and try to get stuff done around the house. She's been out in the world a couple of times to run errands, but otherwise, we've been enjoying being in the house with her. The dogs, however, aren't all that excited about her. And Seymour is just pissed.

Unlike her parents, Zoe arrives early...
